Try this delicious and herby salsa verde recipe with our rib-eye steak or, chicken!


1x small pack of tarragon

2x small packs of flat leaf parsley

1x handful of mint

2x wild garlic cloves

45g small capers

200ml extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp sherry vinegar

3 tsp Dijon mustard

salt and pepper to taste


Finely chop herbs, capers, and garlic.

Next, in a bowl add the chopped mixture with the mustard and vinegar. Slowly add the olive oil until you reach the desired consistency. 

Add salt and pepper to taste, stirring in additional vinegar if required.
