A full nutrition program is perfect if you’re starting out on your wellness journey, need extra support and guidance, or if you have a specific health concern such as; Fertility and Pregnancy, Immune Support, Autoimmunity, Digestive Health, Weight Management.
Includes an initial consultation, two follow-up appointments (usually 4 weeks apart), and a detailed programme tailored to your specific goals and needs.
